Give a finding its own photo.

Attach one original JPEG or PNG to a checkpoint in a specific inspection. Repeating a checklist creates a fresh visit with no inherited photos. Resolving a finding retains the original observation and its photo.

Choose what to share

Text reports, comparisons and checklist templates exclude photos. To print a photo report, select images beside their checkpoints and review the separate preview. Names are off by default; internal notes and original filenames stay outside this report. Review visible details in the photos yourself.

Keep the originals

Save locally commits records and images together in this browser. Download a full private ZIP to keep originals elsewhere. Restore validates file sizes and SHA-256 checks before replacing the current collection after confirmation. Save again to retain a restored collection locally. Browser storage can be cleared or evicted; backups are essential.

Practical limits

Ten photos, 20 MiB total; one JPEG or PNG per checkpoint, at most 5 MiB and 40 megapixels. Report previews are resampled to a 1600-pixel longest edge; private backups preserve original bytes, including any camera metadata. Imported backups must be SiteSteady uncompressed ZIPs, at most 32 MB. Older text-only JSON backups remain supported.

Photos do not establish capture time, location, contractual acceptance or independent verification. Records remain editable local snapshots.
