Two visits, one readable report

Put the recorded photos beside each other.

Choose a reference inspection and compare it with the selected visit. Select up to ten checkpoints, then choose the photos to include on each side. Nothing is selected for sharing automatically.

Keep the differences visible

Repeat and focused follow-up checklists retain checkpoint IDs. The report uses those IDs to align records and flags changed wording. It shows both recorded dates as Reference and Selected, without assuming which came first. A missing checkpoint, a checkpoint without a photo and an omitted photo each have a different label.

Review before downloading

The preview contains selected public observations, states, target dates and resolution notes, plus only the photos you chose. Changing the collection or selection clears the prepared download. Review again, then download one standalone HTML document. Open it offline and use your browser’s Print command for US Letter or A4 output.

Originals stay in your private backup

Report photos are resampled to a maximum 1600-pixel longest edge. The report excludes original filenames, embedded camera metadata, inspector and responsible-person fields, and internal notes. Visible people or personal details in the images and public text are not redacted. Full private ZIP backups preserve original images unchanged.

A comparison of your records

Site labels must match, but matching labels do not verify a location, matching camera viewpoint, repair completion or contractual acceptance. Missing images do not establish that a finding was resolved. The records remain editable local snapshots.

The existing ten-photo, 20 MiB collection limit applies. Very large resampled reports may be rejected; choose fewer or smaller images. There is no upload service or automatic customer delivery.
