Keep earlier visits, make room for new ones
A private archive for completed visits.
The working collection holds up to twelve inspections. When it fills, archive selected visits and separately remove them from the working collection.
Review before downloading
Select the visits by site and date, then review their inspection, checkpoint and photo counts. The selected ZIP contains their complete records, including names, internal notes and original photo bytes. It excludes unselected inspections. Keep it private; images may contain camera or location metadata.
Removal is your next choice
Downloading never deletes anything. Verify the downloaded archive and retain it somewhere appropriate. Remove reviewed inspections only when ready, confirming the number of visits and photos. At least one inspection must remain. Removal changes this tab; Save locally commits the remaining collection.
Restore an earlier archive
Use Restore full collection with the selected ZIP. The existing restore checks original file sizes and hashes, then asks before replacing your working collection. It does not merge archives. Download a full backup of current work first if you want to keep both collections, and Save explicitly after restoring.
Continue the next visit
Open a retained inspection, enter the next date and repeat its checklist. Earlier findings are retained in the archived record; a repeated visit starts uninspected. Keep a useful reference visit in the working collection if you want to compare later inspections against it.
Archives preserve editable records, not authenticated evidence of service completion. Browser storage and downloaded files are separate copies; clearing one does not clear the other.
